1. Nature of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes — describing our trade ranges, standards, and how to reach the desk. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, price list, or contract. An order is formed only by a confirmed pro forma invoice or signed purchase agreement.

2. Wholesale Services

All goods are sold on wholesale terms to merchants, manufacturers, and resellers — not to retail consumers. Sales are governed by the pro forma invoice or purchase agreement, which specifies goods, spec, quantity, price, packing, and delivery terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

2.1 Samples

Samples are provided for approval before bulk orders. The approved sample establishes the standard the bulk lot is matched to. Sample approval does not guarantee exact identity — dye lots and material variations are within commercially acceptable tolerances.

2.2 Specifications

Quotes state composition, width, weight, count, and minimum order quantity where applicable. The buyer is responsible for confirming the spec before order confirmation.

2.3 Inspection and Acceptance

Goods are inspected against the approved sample before dispatch. Claims for shortage, damage, or non-conformity must be made within the period stated in the pro forma.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment terms are stated in the pro forma invoice — deposit, balance, and method. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms) are specified per order. Title and risk pass per the agreed Incoterm.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and design — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for internal business use only.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

Liability for goods is governed by the applicable purchase agreement.
